There are college sports at Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo College and Kalamazoo Valley Community College, plus a full roster of talented high school teams and many recreation leagues fro people who want to play instead of watch.

Golfers will find 20 local courses for every skill level, while tennis players can choose from 60 courts, including 11 indoor courts at Kalamazoo College.

Winter is playtime in southwest Michigan where you can enjoy downhill or cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and ice skating.
